地方农业院校研究生生源现状及制约因素分析——以天津农学院为例

摘　　要：本文以天津农学院为例,通过对天津农学院研究生生源现状分析,发现地方农业院校研究生生源存在生源数量少,各招生专业间生源报考不平衡,来自高水平大学及优质教育地区生源少,对外省市生源吸引力低等现象。进而从国家政策、行业特点、院校自身因素等层面提出导致这一现象的制约因素。Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as an example, the paper analyzes its source of the postgraduates, and figu- res out that the number of the postgraduates in local agricultural colleges and universities is small. The register of majors vary from one another： the number of students from the top universities and high-quality education is low; it is difficult to attract students in other provinces. The paper further explains the restrictive factors in terms of national policy, industry features, and the feathers of the school itself.
