摘 要:以太仓市为例,采用扩张速度与强度指数、重心坐标、灰色关联度及二分类logistic回归模型分别从规模及空间角度分析了1989—2008年太仓市区不同经济发展阶段城镇用地扩张特征、动力及其作用效果。结果表明:①不同阶段太仓市区城镇用地扩张强度不同,扩张速度不断加快,且其重心由前两时段向东北东移动变为第三时段向北东北移动;②固定资产投资、二三产增加值、二三产比重及二三产劳动力是研究区城镇用地规模扩张的主要动力,但主导动力从1995—2001年的固定资产投资及二三产增加值变为了2001—2008年的二三产增加值及二三产劳动力,而耕地稀缺指数及粮食单产对城镇用地规模扩张影响较小;③除与主要河流的距离外,各潜在空间动力对城镇用地空间扩张均有影响,但不同阶段其动力组合、主导动力及各因素作用强度存在差异。为引导城镇用地合理扩张,应从规模及空间角度系统分析不同阶段城镇用地扩张动力,动态把握其作用机理。Taking Taicang city as a case, we used expansion speed, expansion intensity index, urban land gravity, methods of grey correlation and binary logistic regression to analyze characteristics, area forces and spatial forces of urban land expansion in different periods from 1989 to 2008 respectively. Results showed that urban land expansion intensity varied with time, and urban land expansion speeded up. The moving direction of urban land gravity changed to noah-northeast during the third period form east-northeast during the period of 1989 to 2001. The fixed assets investment, developmem of the second and tertiary industry, proportion change of the second and tertiary industry, increase of the second and tertiary industry labors were the main forces of urban land area expansion. But the dominant factors were the fixed assets investment and development of the second and tertiary industry during the second time period, and in the third time period, development of the second and tertiary industry, and increase of labors of the second and tertiary industry became the dominant factors. However, other factors such as farmland scarcity index and the per unit area yield of grain had little influence on urban land expansion. The study also showed that all the potential spatial forces had influence on the urban land spatial expansion except for distances to main rivers. However, the factor combinations, the dominant factors and the thctors' effects were significantly different in different economic development stages. In order to make urban land expand reasonably, those forces and their mechanism of urban land expansion in different economic development stages should be understood dynamically and systematically from the perspective of area expansion and spatial expansion.
