摘　　要：综述了以清热解毒为主,化痰止咳、清利咽喉为辅组成的中药方剂在防治鸡肾型传染性支气管炎方面的应用现状及效果观察,归纳了防治鸡肾型传染性支气管炎(肾传支)的中药种类及其方剂。探讨了研发防治鸡传染性支气管炎(Infectious broncheitis,IB)中药的途径和建议,以期进一步完善并扩大中药在防治畜禽病毒病上的应用。The application and curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） which was main of heat-clearing and detoxicating and assisted of resolving phlegm,relieving cough and clearing throat on the prevention and treatment of renal type infectious bronchitis（IB） were summarized.The research and development of TCM for chicken IB prevention and controlment were discussed in order to further improve and expand the TCM application in the prevention and treatment of livestock and poultry viral disease.
