摘 要:通过对努鲁尔虎山东部北麓部分地区豆科植物根瘤菌资源调查,共采集到根瘤样品326份,包括野生和栽培豆科植物13属21种。分析结果表明,采集的豆科植物根瘤大多数着生在侧根或须根上,根瘤的形状主要有棒状、球状、掌状,少数珊瑚状、三棱状;颜色多为土黄色、棕色、粉色,少数呈白色或绿色。豆科植物与根瘤菌共生结瘤及根瘤特征除了与寄主植物的遗传特性、发育时期有关外,还与其所处的生态环境(水分、温度、土壤结构、土壤pH等)有密切的关系。抗逆性试验结果表明,根瘤菌对NaCl、pH、重金属Hg2+、Cu2+、Pb2+等具有较强的抗逆性,与豆科植物生长的地理环境有直接的关系。The study was conducted to invest the rhizobial resources of leguminous plants in Aohan county of north foot of eastern Nuluerhu mountain.The total numbers of 326 root nodule samples were collected,which were from 13 genera,21 species of cultivated and wild leguminous plants.These nodules mainly distributed on the lateral root and fibre,the main shapes of them were claviform,spherical,palmated and few coralliform and sparganii,most color of them were soil yellow,brown and pink,the few was white or green.Besides related to the genetic characteristics and development period of host plants,the legume symbiosis nodulation with rhizobia and nodule characteristics were close relation to its ecological environment,including moisture,temperature,soil structure,soil pH,etc.The experimental results about resistance showed that strong resistance of rhizobia to NaCl,pH,heavy metals ions of Hg2+,Cu2+,and Pb2+ had direct connection with the geographic environment of legumes.
