三十五味沉香丸质量标准分析

摘　　要：采用显微鉴别法对三十五味沉香丸中的红花(Carthamus tinctorius)进行鉴定,采用HPLC法对其所含羟基红花黄色素A进行含量测定,制定了三十五味沉香丸的质量标准。结果表明,显微鉴别法可见红花特征性花粉粒;羟基红花黄色素A在0.078 1～3.905 0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为0.91%(n=9)。该方法可准确定性、定量,能够有效控制制剂质量。In order to establish the quality standard of Sanshiwuwe Chenxiang pills,the Carthamus tinctorius in pill was identified by microscopy,and its main content hydroxysafflor yellow A was analyzed by HPLC.The results showed that microscopic identification could clearly distinguish C.tinctorius by pollen grains;and the linear relationship was good in the range of 0.078 1～3.905 0 μg for hydroxysafflor yellow A（r=0.999 9） in HPLC.The average recovery was 99.84% with RSD of 0.91%（n=9）.The method was accurate and specific,and it could be used for the quality control of Sanshiwuwei Chenxiang pills.
