摘 要:近几年来青海省实施中央提出的生态立省战略,积极探索符合该省特殊省情的基层农牧业科技创新体系建设。实践表明,基层农牧业科技体系的建设对实现传统农牧业向现代化农牧业转型具有重要的影响,但青海省该创新体系建设工作尚处于探索阶段,还面临着多种挑战。结合实际分析当下青海省基层农牧业科技创新体系建设中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策与建议。In recent years,the "Ecological Province" strategy proposed by the central authorities has been implemented in Qinghai province;and the construction of science and technology innovation system of husbandry in grass-roots suitable to the specific situation in the province has been explored positively.Practice showed that the construction of science and technology innovation system of husbandry in grass-roots has great influence on the transformation of traditional husbandry to modern husbandry.However,the construction of science and technology innovation system of husbandry in grass-roots in Qinghai province is still at the exploratory stage,and faces lots of challenges.The problems existing in the construction of science and technology innovation system of husbandry in grass-roots in Qinghai province were analyzed combined with practice,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
