摘  要:通过对锡林、盖板两针面运动状态分析与在锡林—盖板梳理工作区不运转盖板纤维凝聚情况的检测,探讨该区域内纤维梳理机理,揭示该区域纤维梳理与短绒排除的规律。指出:锡林针面上的纤维进入工作区时的厚度大于梳理隔距,通过锡林针面的拖曳作用挤压入盖板针隙,才能被梳理;转移到盖板针面的纤维通过盖板针齿穿刺分解纤维束的作用,将与锡林针面联系弱或无联系的纤维阻留完成梳理与转移,其转移是有选择性的;锡林—盖板梳理工作区的隔距应由大到小,有利于梳理;短绒排除主要集中在第13块盖板之前的区域内。Through the probing into the duo-face motion of the cylinder and flat as well as the inspection of the fiber gathering of the non-revolving flat-carding area,law is found for the fiber carding and the short fiber removal in the area. It is pointed out that when the thickness of the fiber on the cylinder in the working area is bigger than the gauge of carding,the fiber is piled into the flat through pulling effect of the cylinder surface, and carding works. The fiber tow transferred on the flat surface is carded through piercing effect of the flat. The fiber with poor contact with the cylinder surface or no contact with the surface is kept back and the transferring and carding effect realized. The transferring effect is optional. The gauge in the working area of the cylinder and the flat shoul be from big to small,gaining the carding effect. The short fiber removal is mainly conducted in the area before the 13rd flat.
