用好国产针布的几点体会

摘　　要：为了降低纺织企业使用针布成本,生产高品质纱线,并适应高产梳棉机的需要,介绍了国产针布的发展历史、现状,分析了国产针布使用中存在的问题,重点从针布齿形参数、上机工艺配置、设备基础工作、磨砺及隔距、包卷质量、维护周期管理6个方面阐述了国产高产针布的使用体会。指出:高端优质国产针布经过两年多的生产实践基本能达到国外同类针布的品质及生产效果;好的针布仍须有好的检测手段和精细管理制度来保证,即全面系统地从针布上车前精心准备至针布使用全过程的科学管理维护与使用,包括梳棉机本身加工精度及装配质量、针布的选型与配套、针布工艺上车与准确性、针布的包覆效果与磨修周期等应真正做到位,在高产条件下,生条棉结数及去除率能长期稳定在一个较高的水平上,达到进口高档针布的效果。In order to reduce the cost of the card clothing for the enterprises for qualilty yarn so to cater the production of the carding frame, introduction is done to the evolution and the status of the domestic card clothing. Analysis is done to the problems in the application of the domestic card clothing. Highlight is given to the specifications of the card clothing in addition to the process configuration and the ground work of the equipment, including the grinding and the gauge, the covering quality, management of the maintenance as the introduction of the application realization. Conclusion is made that the quality domestic card clothing generally catch up with the products of the same kind overseas in quality and production scale after two years practice. Quality card clothing depends on quality test facilities plus good management, including comprehensive preparation before the operation,good application and maintenance in the card clothing application in addition to the precision of the card frame and the installation quality, selection of the card clothing and the assembly,card clothing process in operation,the covering quality and the grinding intervals. In the high production, neps and the removal rate of the carded sliver can stay in a relative high level so to match the porducts of the same kind overseas.
