摘  要:为了积极应对持续低迷的纺织行业形势,鉴于企业已经全面实行赛络纺纱的实际,探讨了开发其它复合纺纱的相关问题及产品开发中必须遵守的基本原则,即坚持以市场为导向,量力而行,高效开发,占领市场;并且将立足赛络纺基础上的产品开发和在对普通环锭细纱机上能以较少资金改造就可完成的几种纺纱方法作为开发途径进行了简要分析。指出:纱线新产品的开发,不仅是常见纱线的特数变化,更重要的是人为预先混合(主要指包混和条混)决定的纱线组成纤维的不同和采用不同纺纱原理决定的纱线结构不同,这两种"不同"会使纱线新品种千变万化;以赛络纺纱为坚实基础,向复合纺纱稳步推进,是今后进行纱线新品种开发的思路和方向;随着人们对"绿色、环保、保健"等意识的增强,复合纺纱的应用将更广泛。In order to do something against the countinual subnormal situation of textile in addition to the fact that textile enterprises have carried out the application of the siro-spinning process in full scale, probing is done into the problems with the developing other compound yarn as well as the principle in product development, say,be oriented with the market, do according to one's abilities for efficiency development to occupy the market. Brief analysis is done to the product development on the basis of the siro-spinning and the spinning methods after the modification of the conventional spinning frame with the least cost. Conclusion is made that development of new yarn varieties is not only of the tex change but the artifical pre- blending including the bale blending and the sliver blending. The yarn is produced with different fiber and the yarn with different structure results from different spinning elements. The two "differences" will results in big varieties of yarn structures. The future development of yarn will be on the solid foundation of siro-spinning with the stable progress of compound yarn prodution. As the reinforcement of "green,environment-friendly, and healthy'consciousness, the application of the compound yarn will have bright future.
