环境友好型白色模组EP灌封胶的研制

摘　　要：以脂环族类IPDA(异佛尔酮二胺)和D-230(聚醚胺)为固化剂、超细化Mg(OH)2为无机阻燃剂、苯甲醇为稀释剂、水杨酸为固化促进剂和硅微粉为填料,并引入其他助剂,制备环境友好型白色模组EP(环氧树脂)灌封胶。研究结果表明:当m(双酚A型EP)∶m(苯甲醇)∶m(白色膏)∶m[Mg(OH)2]∶m(硅微粉)∶m(D-230)∶m(IPDA)∶m(水杨酸)=100∶(10～15)∶10∶(30～35)∶(30～35)∶(20～30)∶(10～15)∶5时,制成的透明EP灌封胶具有黏度低、可使用时间长、操作性强、绝缘性好、工艺性佳和表观光泽等优点,并且其阻燃性可达到UL94V-0级,是各类AC(亚克力)塑胶模、电容器、变压器和小型电子部件绝缘的理想灌封材料。With alicyclic IPDA （isophorone diamine） and D-230 （polyether amine） as curing agents, micro- nization Mg（OH）2 as inorganic flame retardant,benzyl alcohol as thinner,salicylic acid as curing catalyst and silica powder as filler,and introducing other additives into system,an environment-friendly EP（epoxy resin） pouring sealant for white module was prepared. The research results showed that the made transparent EP pouring sealant was an ideal material for insulating pouring of various A C （acrylic） plastic molds, capacitors, transformers and small electronic parts because it had some advantages（such as lower viscosity, longer useable time ,better operability ,good insulating property, good processing property, and apparent luster）, and its flame-retardant could achieve UL94V-0 level when mass ratio of m（bisphenol A type EP）：m（benzyl alcohol）：m（white cream）：m[Mg（OH）2]：m（silica powder）：m（D-230）：m（IPDA）： re（salicylic acid） was 100：（10-15）：10：（30-35）：（30-35）：（20-30）：（10-15）：5.
