摘　　要：东盟在维护中国国家安全问题上发挥着重要作用。新世纪以来,西方大国力量逐步介入东南亚,中国应充分重视已存在于东盟地区的多边安全合作机制在维护中国国家安全中的积极作用。在新形势下,我国需大力夯实"10+1"(东盟+中国)和"10+3"(东盟+中、日、韩)机制建设,另外,面对全球日益严峻的非传统安全威胁,建构中国-东盟在非传统安全领域的合作机制也是形势发展的必然选择,只有这样才能打破西方大国对中国的围堵,有助于维护中国的国家安全。AESAN plays a significant role in maintaining China＇s national security. The western great powers have been intervening in this area gradually since the new century. China should take active affection of the pre-existing multilateral security cooperation mechanism seriously. In the context of new environment, China has to strengthen the mechanism construction, including ＂10 ^- 1＂ （Cooperation be- tween ASEAN and China） and ＂10~3＂ （Cooperation among ASEAN,China,Japan and South Kore- a）. Facing the increasingly severe global non-traditional threatening, to construct the China ASEAN mechanism in the field of non-traditional security is a better way for China to break through the blockade set by the western countries,and to safeguard China＇s national securities.
