摘 要:试验对降解玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)的枯草芽孢杆菌(霉立解01G菌,MLJ01G)进行了体外降解活性研究;同时,研究霉立解01G菌对饲喂玉米赤霉烯酮污染日粮青年母猪外阴的影响。体外降解试验将霉立解01G菌发酵液分成上清液、菌悬液及胞内液,对玉米赤霉烯酮降解活性进行研究;动物试验将18头杜×长×大三元杂交青年母猪分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组为正常日粮组(不含ZEN),试验组Ⅰ为霉变日粮组(含238μg/kg ZEN),试验组Ⅱ为霉变日粮(含240μg/kg ZEN)+2 kg/t霉立解(主要组分是01G菌工业化发酵干燥产物)组。试验时间为24 d,试验结果表明,霉立解01G菌降解ZEN的活性组分是存在于发酵上清液中的一种胞外酶;日粮污染240μg/kg ZEN即可导致青年母猪的外阴红肿,而在霉变日粮中添加霉立解01G菌能缓解外阴红肿症状。This research was conducted to study the degradation activity of a Bacillus suhtilis (strain MLJOIG) on zearalenone in vitro, as well as the effect of MIJ01G on vulva of young sows ted diets contaminated with ZEN. In vitro study, the euhure of MIJ01G was divided into different components including culture supernatant, bacteria cell, and cell extraets. The results suggesled thai the aetivity of ZEN degradalion mainly was observed in the euhure supernatant rather than in its cells or cell extracts, and the effect might be due to enzymatic reactions. In animal study, 18 young sows (Duroc × Landrace x Yorkshire) were randomly allocated to 3 treatmeuts with 6 repliyoung of one pig per replicate, including: Control group (normal basal diel); Treatment I (a diet containing ZEN with a concentration of 238 μg/kg); Treatment (treatment I with a eoneenlration of 240 μg/kg + 2 kg/t MLJ). The experiment lasted for 24 days. Results showed that the diets conraining ZEN with a concentration of 238 μg/kg eouhl cause the vulva uf young sows to become red and swelling, and strain MLJ01G could relieve lhis symptoms.
