摘　　要：世界范围内,终末期肾病发病率都在激增,是威胁人类健康的重大疾病。本文通过介绍欧美发达国家和泰国、墨西哥、印度等发展中国家透析服务的组织、提供和支付,为我国透析服务的支付方式改革和管理机制完善提供借鉴。The morbidity of End-Stage Renal Disease （ESRD） is increasing rapidly worldwide. ESRD become one of major diseases that threaten health of the whole human, introducing international experiences on organizing, providing and paying hemodialysis services for ESRD from western developed countries and developing countries such as Thailand, Mexico, and India, this paper provide references for reforming payment models and improving management mechanisms of hemodialysis services in China.
