摘　　要：通过石榴茶提取物对小鼠游泳时间和心肌抗氧化能力的研究,分别测定各组小鼠游泳时间、心肌抗氧化能力各指标和糖原的含量。实验证明:石榴茶提取物能较好提高小鼠的运动能力,增加GSH-Px、SOD、LG和MG含量,减低MDA含量。石榴茶提取物能调整小鼠体内代谢,具有显著的抗疲劳抗氧化作用。To investigate the influence of pomegranate tea extract on the swimming time and myocardial antioxidation capacity of exhausted rats.Testing the index of myocardial antioxidation capacity and the content of glycogen of different groups＂ rats. Pomegranate tea extract has obvious function on lengthening rat＇s swimming time, increasing the content of SOD, GSH-Px, LG and MG, reducing the content of MDA; and besides, pomegranate tea extract could also adjust rat＇s metabolism and has obvious function on anti-fatigue and antioxidation.
