中医中药治疗青春期功能性子宫出血62例

摘　　要：对 62例青春期功血患者出血期采用中医辨证分型治疗 ,待血止后 ,治疗组 (3 2例 )用自拟补肾填精方调理 ,对照组 (3 0例 )用中成药六味地黄丸、乌鸡白凤丸调理。结果 :两组患者经治疗后月经周期、经期、出血量、基础体温均有显著改善 ,提示汤剂比成药起效快 。patients with pubescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding (PDUB) were treated on syndrome differentiation.After bleeding stopped,32 patients in treatment group were treated by self-made “Kidney and Essence Nourishing Formula” and 30 patients in control group were treated proprietary,“Liuwei Dihuang Pill” and “Wuji Baifeng Pill”.Results showed that the patients in the two groups were improved in menstrual cycles,menstrual period,volume of bleeding and basal body temperature,and the decoction had quicker and better effects than pill.
