白云石破碎系统的分析与改造

摘　　要：介绍了白云石破碎加工的流程情况。重点阐述了破碎比和筛分效率概念,以及测定与计算情况,并依据计算结果提出解决措施。实践证明,在白云石破碎加工系统中,利用破碎比的测定与计算能解决破碎设备的改造和选型问题,对系统进行筛分效率的测定与计算能有效地发现问题。The crushing process for dolomite was illustrated and the concepts of size reduction ratio and screening efficiency were discussed in details. The determination and calculation of size reduction ratio were also described. Some suggestions were put forward based on the obtained calculation results. It is confirmed that the equipment transformation and model-choice can be carried out with determination and calculation of size reduction ratio.
