肺炎方治疗柯萨奇病毒性肺炎的临床和实验研究

摘　　要：为探讨肺炎方治疗由柯萨奇病毒B组感染所致病毒性肺炎 (CVB肺炎 )的疗效机理 ,将45例CVB肺炎患者随机分为肺炎方治疗组 3 0例 ,西药对照组 1 5例 ,对照观察临床疗效 ,并作肺炎方对CVB病毒的体外实验研究。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 96.7% ,对照组为 86.7%。治疗组在退热、止嗽 ,改善气促、鼻煽、胸痛 ,胃肠道反应消失时间、精神好转时间及肺部罗音消失时间等方面均明显优于对照组 。To investigate the mechanism of “Pneumonia Formula” in treating pneumonia due to Coxsackie virus B (CVB),45 patients with CVB pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases treated by “Pneumonia Formula”) and control group (15 cases treated by western medicine).The effects in the two groups were compared.The experiment research on “Pneumonia Formula” against CVB in vitro was performed.Results showed that the total effective rates were 96.7% in treatment group and 86.7% in control group;the effects of abating fever,stopping cough,relieving dyspnea,nares flaring,chest pain,time of gastrointestinal reaction disappearing,time of psychic improvement and the time of lung rales disappearing were better in treatment group than in control group.The experiment demonstrated that this “Pneumonia Formula” could inhibit CVB.
