摘　　要：小模数塑料齿轮在注塑加工过程中,可能产生缺齿、齿崩、翘曲、飞边等缺陷。因其轮齿小、刚度低等特点,使其尺寸检测一直是个难点。论文采用机器视觉的方式,研发了一种基于LabView平台与IMAQ Vision图像处理包的渐开线小模数直齿圆柱塑料齿轮在线测试系统。利用IMAQ Vision进行图像采集、预处理,改进算法对图像进行亚像素边缘检测,进而研究了图像法齿轮几何量参数的测量方法,通过实验测量了轴孔直径、分度圆直径、齿距等齿轮参数,给出了实验结果。The fine-pinch plastic gear may produce missing teeth,tooth chipping,warping,burrs and other defects in the injection molding process.Because of its small teeth,stiffness and low,the size detection has been difficult.This paper researches and developes the involute small module the straight spur plastic gear online test system,based on LabView platform and IMAQ Vision image processing package.Use IMAQ Vision for image acquisition,preprocessing,improve sub-pixel edge detection algorithm for image edge detection.And then gear Geometrical parameters measurement method as the image method is studied.By experimental measurement of the gear parameters,such as the shaft hole diameter、the pitch circle diameter,、pitch parameters,experimental results are given.
