摘　　要：清朝中央政府为了加强对蒙藏地区的治理与控制,因地因事制宜,适时变革政治互动策略,形成了不同的治理模式。这些模式不仅对清朝西部疆域的统一、稳定与治理起到了重要作用,而且对后世也产生了深刻的政治影响。In order to strengthen the governance and control the Mongolian-Tibetan regions, the Qing central government took measures suited to local conditions and affairs. It also varied its political interaction strategies and formed different governance models. These models played very important roles in uniting, stabilizing and governing the western territory of the Qing Dynasty, which had a profound political impact on the later generations.
