摘 要:采用植物病理学研究方法,对西瓜衰萎病的致病菌葫芦科枝顶孢菌(Acremonium cucurbitacearum Alfaro-García,W.Gams&J.García-Jiméz.)进行了生物学特性测定。结果表明:病原菌在PDA、MEA和OA等培养基上生长良好。并能利用多种碳源和氮源作为营养,适宜病菌生长的碳源为可溶性淀粉、麦芽糖、蔗糖培养基,适宜病菌生长的氮源为酵母膏、蛋白胨。该菌在5~33℃范围内均可生长,最适宜温度为25℃,温度超过35℃,病菌不能生长。生长的pH值范围为5~12,最适宜pH值为8。光照对菌丝生长没有明显的促进作用,黑暗条件下菌落较其他光照条件生长快。Using the conventional methods, the biological characteristics of the watermelon collapse causal agent (Acremonium cucurbitacearum Alfaro-Garcla, W. Gains & J. Garcfa-Jimez) was conducted. The results showed that the mycelia could grow better on PDA, MEA and OA. It could also effectively use many kinds of carbon sources and nitrogen sources. The optimum carbon source was Amidulin, Maltos and Sucrose. The optimal nitrogen source was Yeast extract and Peptone. The temperature for mycelial growth ranged from 5℃ to 33℃. The optimum temperature was 25℃. And the pathogen could not besurvival at 35℃. The mycelia could grow from pH5 to pill2, pH8 was the optimum. The effect of light on mycelial growth was not evident. The colonies growth under dark conditions were a little faster.
