摘 要:为解决玉米秸秆在发酵中难降解的问题,以玉米秸秆为试验原料,通过物理-化学、物理-生物和物理-化学-生物3种方法对秸秆进行预处理,考察秸秆中纤维素、半纤维素、木质素含量,探讨各种预处理方法对玉米秸秆的降解效果。结果表明:添加10%NaOH溶液后加入绿秸灵的处理方式秸秆半纤维素的降解效果较好,降解率为32.98%;添加混合菌的处理方式秸秆纤维素的降解效果较好,降解率为51.46%;添加8%NaOH溶液后加入绿秸灵和添加10%NaOH溶液后加入绿色木霉的处理方式秸秆木质素的降解效果较好,降解率为39.28%。3种预处理方法对玉米秸秆中半纤维素、纤维素有显著影响,对木质素的降解影响不显著。3种预处理方法对玉米秸秆中不同组分降解率的影响大小顺序为:纤维素、半纤维素、木质素。In order to solve the problem of corn straw in the fermentation degradation, the research on corn straw as the raw material, through physical-chemical, physical-biological and physical-chemical-biological three methods of straw pretreatment, the contents of straw cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin were determined to explore the various pretreatment methods on corn straw degradation. The test results showed that the degradation effect of straw hemicellulose that added 10%NaOH solution then added green straw spirit processing method was better, the degradation rate was 32.98%. The degradation effect of straw cellulose that added mixed bacteria processing method was better, the degradation rate was 51.46%. The degradation effect of straw lignin that added 8%NaOH solution then added green straw spirit processing method and added 10%NaOH solution then added Trichoderma viride processing method was better, the degradation rate was 39.28%. The effects of the three pretreatment methods on corn straw hemiceliuloses degradation, cellulose degradation were obvious, the effect of lignin degradation was not obvious. The effect order of three kinds of pretreatment methods on corn straw degradation rate about different components was cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin.
