摘　　要：以聚氨酯改性丙烯酸分散体为成膜物,以水性铝粉为效应颜料,以水性蜡乳液作铝粉的定向剂,以碱溶胀型丙烯酸酯聚合物为增稠稳定剂,在成膜助剂、水和功能助剂的配用下,制备成单组分水性金属闪光铝粉底漆,漆膜干燥快、硬度高、抗冲击性好、附着力强、闪光效果好、防腐性能优、绿色环保、施工安全方便。A one component waterborne metallic aluminum primer was prepared by using the urethane-modified acrylic dispersions as film-forming material, the aqueous aluminum powder as effect pigment, aqueous wax emulsion as the orientation arrangement agent of aluminum powder, alkali swellable acrylic polymer as thickening stabilizer, in cooperation with coalescent, water and functional additives. The film showed good properties, such as fast drying, high hardness, good impact resistance, strong adhesion, good flash effect, excellent corrosion resistance, green environmental protection, application safety and convenience
