摘  要:针对川东北元坝气田对高温自转向酸的需求,自行研制出自转向酸用温度稳定剂,并深入研究了温度稳定剂对自转向酸鲜酸、乏酸流变性及破胶性能的影响。结果表明:温度稳定剂对自转向酸鲜酸高温黏度几乎没有影响,鲜酸黏度较低而利于泵注;但稳定剂含量对自转向酸乏酸高温黏度具有关键性作用,在高温条件下可使乏酸体系具有良好的剪切恢复能力,在120℃,170 s-1条件下转向酸黏度约为140 mPa.s;另外,稳定剂不影响酸液破胶性能,体系破胶彻底。The temperature stabilizer is developed in order to improve the temperature resistance of self-diverting acid in Yuanba gas field.The effects of temperature stabilizer on fresh acid,spent acid rheology and breaking-gel performance of self-diverting acid are researched.The experimental results show that the viscosity of fresh acid is low and not be affected by the temperature stabilizer obviously,but the temperature stabilizer can improve the temperature resistance and shear resilience performance of the self-diverting spent acid greatly.The Viscosity of self-diverting spent acid is about 140 mPa·s at 120 ℃,170 s-1.In addition,the stabilizer has no effect on the breaking-gel performance of self-diverting spent acid.
