摘　　要：随着研究生规模不断扩大,研究生党建工作中组织覆盖难、作用发挥难、工作管理难问题成为当前急需破解的难题。本文拟引入网格化管理机制,在原有组织体系下按学科、实验室、课题组、区域划分支部,并依据统筹规划原则组建相应的党建网格开展学习教育管理,从而推动研究生党建工作的科学发展。With the enrollment expansion of postgraduates in recent years, the Party building of postgraduates has faced many challenges just like the organizations＂ coverage, function, management, etc.. Therefore, in order to deal with these problems this article introduces the grid management mechanism, which requires to build some new braches of Party according to the major, laboratory, research group, and campus, etc. And with the purpose to promote the Party building of postgraduates, some Party building grids should be constructed with overall planning, too.
