摘  要:近两年随着结构静力试验中对试验件加载要求的提高,尤其是对某些特殊考核部位和对运动过程中试件的加载,在考虑到其加载变形和自身运动的情况下单纯的用力控和位控作动筒达不到加载要求,为了解决该类问题,提出基于FlexTest加载控制系统的外接式位移传感器实时控制加载技术。通过模拟试验的验证,能够满足结构静力试验的要求,并在结构静力试验中成功运用,为以后类似的试验提供参考及借鉴。In recent years, alone with the elevation of requirements of the loading test piece in the structure of static test, especially, for loading to some especial examine place or some moving test piece, in consideration of the situation that the onefold force control or onefold position control actuator cylinder can not meet the loading requirement in the case of loading distortion and its movement, a circumscribed displacement sensor real-time loading control technollogy based on FlexTest loading control system is put forward. The simulation testing result indicates that the technology is able to meet the requirements of the structure static test, and is applied to the structure static test successfully. It provided a reference for the similar test in the future.
