摘 要:为了分析东营地区太阳能风能综合发电的可行性,研究中采用了以一小时为基准的典型天气数据,代替了东营地区年气象数据,建立了太阳能风能综合发电模型,分析出东营地区的太阳能和风能在时间上具有良好的互补性,使风光互补发电系统在资源上具有很好的匹配性。通过对该系统的经济性参数和供电成本实例分析,得出能够实现经济性和节能减排的结论。其创新点在于典型天气数据是以一小时为基准代替了典型气象年数据,并且建立了风能、太阳能发电功率模型。In order to analyze the feasibility of solar power and wind power generation in Dongying, the typical weather data based on 1 hour is taken to instead of the year meteorological data. The solar power and wind power generation model is estab- lished, it is analyzed that the solar power and wind power has good complementarity in Dongying, which makes wind and photo- voltaic complementary power generation matches the resources well. Through the instance analysis of the economic parameter and power supply cost of the system, a conclusion is obtained that it is economical and it can realize energy conservation and emissions reduction. The innovation point is that the typical weather data takes an hour as a benchmark instead of the year meteoro- logical data, and the model of wind power and solar power generation is established.
