人脱钙骨基质粉诱导大鼠异位骨髓形成的初步研究

摘  要:目的 :建立诱导性骨髓形成的模型 ,探讨骨髓形成及调控机理。方法 :将异种 (人 )脱钙骨基质粉植入Spraque -Dawley大鼠腹壁皮下。结果 :在诱导 3~ 10d ,可见间充质细胞增殖 ,分化成幼稚软骨细胞并形成软骨组织。诱导11~ 2 1d即见到初级骨髓组织形成。诱导 2 2~ 3 4d出现典型骨髓组织 ,大量造血细胞产生。诱导 40~ 60d生成的造血组织未见明显萎缩。结论 :人鼠骨诱导活性因子具有同源性 ,无种的特异性 。Objective:To establish a model of inducing bone marrow formation with transplanting the heterogeneous demineralized bone matrix into Spraque-Dawley rat's bilateral abnominal subcutaneous tissue,to explore the mechanism of bone marrow formation and modulation.Methds:To transplant the heterogeneous(human) demineralized bone matrix into Spraque-Dawley rat's abdominal subcut-aneous tissue.Results:On 3rd to 10th day,mesenchymal cells proliferated,differentiated to immature cartilage cells and formed cartilage tissue.On 11th-21th day,primary bone marrow tissue formed.On 22th-34th day,typical bone marrow tissue appeared and a great quantity of hematopoietic cells were seen.On 4oth-60th day, no obvious atrophy of the induced hematopoitic tissue was seen.Conclusion:Bone inducing active factors of human and rat is homology.There is no herterogeneous.This model provides a new methord to study the mechanism of the formation and the modulation of bone marrow for clinical hematology.
