丹参多酚酸对佐剂型关节炎大鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的观察丹参多酚酸(Salvianolic acids)对大鼠佐剂型关节炎的治疗作用。方法大鼠予注射弗氏完全佐剂造模,测量大鼠后足肿胀程度,采用屈、伸关节疼痛试验评分法记录大鼠足趾疼痛指数,HE染色观察关节病理学改变。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠继发侧足肿胀程度和足趾疼痛指数明显升高。踝关节关节腔内及周围组织有大量的炎性细胞浸润;关节软骨受损、破坏。与模型组比较,丹参多酚酸连续灌胃治疗后,降低了大鼠继发侧足肿胀程度和足趾疼痛指数,踝关节腔及周围组织炎性浸润减少,关节软骨破坏程度减轻。结论丹参多酚酸能够减轻佐剂关节炎大鼠的足趾肿胀度、降低足趾疼痛指数,改善踝关节病理组织形态。提示丹参多酚酸对佐剂型关节炎大鼠具有一定的治疗作用。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Salvianolic acids on treating adjuvant arthritis（AA）.Methods Freund’s complete adjuvant was used to induce AA on rats.Noninjected hind paw swelling and pain index of rats were measured,HE staining showed the pathological changes in joints of rats.Results Compared with normal group,model group remarkably elevated paw swelling and pain index.Under light microscope,in inflammatory ankle joints the synovial tissue hyperemia and edema were showed.In synoviocytes proliferation and disarranged rank were seen.Abundant inflammatory cells were observed in articular cavity and surrounding tissues.Articular cartilage tissue was damaged and destructed,accompanied with pannus formation.Compared with model group,In Salvianolic acids group the paw swelling and pain index were decreased.The pathomorphological changes of ankle joints were ameliorated.Conclusion Salvianolic acids could reduce the paw swelling degree,pain index,and improve the pathomorphological changes of ankle joints in Wistar rats suffering from adjuvant arthritis.This indicates that Salvianolic acids has certain effects on treating rats.
