摘　　要：目的分析影响蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸疗效的因素,为临床预测预后提供参考依据。方法对100例新生儿黄疸患者病历复习,包括性别、出生孕周、体重、黄疸指数、血清胆红素浓度、联合药物治疗、不同方式蓝光照射及护理情况,将资料进行统计分析。结果体重、黄疸指数、血清胆红素浓度、舒适护理与治疗效果密切相关。结论蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸受多种因素影响,高体重、低黄疸指数、低水平血清胆红素浓度以及舒适护理处理预示着疗效好。Objective To analyze the correlative factors of therapeutic efficacy in blue light phototherapy for treating neonatal jaundice,and to offer a prognosis prediction for clinic.Methods 100 cases who were newborn and had sustained a blue light phototherapy treated were followed up.The components of medical records included sex,birth weight,gestational weeks,jaundice,serum bilirubin concentration,combination drug therapy,different ways of blue light irradiation and nursing care after blue light phototherapy.We made a statistical analysis about them.Results The therapeutic effect was closely related to weight,jaundice,serum bilirubin concentration and nursing care.Conclusion Various factors affected the blue light phototherapy for treating neonatal jaundice.Heavy weight,low jaundice,low serum bilirubin concentration and nursing care,predicted a good functional restoration.
