30名女青年初入3700m高原地区急性高原反应的调查

摘　　要：目的 :调查女性急性高原反应的发生情况。方法 :采用军标GJB10 98- 91标准对乘车初次进入海拔 3 70 0m同一群体的30名女青年进行了急性高原反应的随访调查。结果 :按基本无反应 (± )、轻度反应 (+ )、中度反应 ( )人数及百分率计 ,第 1天分别为 (± ) 2 4人 (80 .0 % ) ,(+ ) 5人 (16 .6 7% ) ,( ) 1人 (3.33 % ) ;第 3天分别为 (± ) 2 8人 (93 .33% ) ,(+ ) 2人 (6 .6 7% ) ;第5天分别为 (± ) 2 2人 (73 .33 % ) ,(+ ) 7人 (2 3 .33% ) ,( ) 1人 (3 .33% )。行经人数为第 1天 2人 ,其中高原反应 (+ ) 1人 ,(5 0 % ) ,第 3天 2人 ,高原反应 (± )。第 5天 7人 ,高原反应 (+ ) 6人 (85 .71% ) ,( ) 1人 (14.2 8% )。结论 :青年女性从平原 (海拔 140 0m)乘车进入 3 70 0m高原后第 1、3、5天约有半数 (5 3.33% )发生轻度高原反应。女性行经期急性高原反应发生率增高 ,反应症状加重 ,尤其是第 5天较为显著。Objective:[WT5BZ]To understand the occurent situation of acute highland reaction in females.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Using criterions of Army Standard GJB 1098-91,the acute highland reactions of 30 female youths were recorded and analysed at the 1st, 3rd and 5th day after they entered into 3 700 m highland by car for the first time.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Acute highland reactions happened at the 1st day were slight reaction 16.67%(5/30),moderate reaction 3.33%(1/30),no reaction 80.0%(24/30);at the 3rd day were slight reaction 6.67%(2/30),no reaction 93.33%(28/30);at the 5th day were slight reaction 23.33%(7/30),moderate reaction 3.33%(1/30),no reaction 73.33%(22/30).Percentages of menstruated person were 6.67% (2/30,between them,one had slight highland reaction)at the 1st day;6.67%(2/30,all no reaction) at the 3rd day and 23.33%(7/30,6 had slight reaction and one moderate reaction)at the 5th day.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]After entering into highland,about half(53.33%) of female youths had slight acute highland reaction.Menses can be induced or become more serious in this period,especially at the 5th day after entering into highland.
