银屑病患者血清甲状腺激素水平的测定

摘　　要：目的 :探讨银屑病发病与甲状腺激素之间的关系。方法 :应用放射免疫法 (RIA)检测了 49例银屑病患者及 34例正常对照的血清甲状腺素 (T4 )、三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T3)及促甲状腺激素 (TSH)水平 ,并进行统计学分析 (t检验 )。结果 :银屑病患者血清T3 及TSH显著低于正常对照组 ,(T3:P <0 .0 5 ,TSH :P <0 .0 1) ;其血清T4 水平与对照组相比无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :寻常型银屑病患者血清T3 及TSH相对低下。提示T3 和TSH通过影响免疫系统 ,在寻常型银屑病的发病中起一定作用。Objective:[WT5BZ]To study the relationship between psoriasis and serum T 3、T 4 and TSH.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Radioimmunoassay was employed to detect T 3、T 4 and TSH in serum from 49 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 34 healthy people respectively.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Serum T 3 and TSH of patients were obviously lower than those of healthy people(T 3: P <0.05,TSH: P < 0.01 ).There was not any difference in serum T 4 between two groups( P >0.05).[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Serum T 3 and TSH are lower in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.It implies that T 3 and TSH play the role in psoriasis vulgaris by affecting immune system.
