摘  要:目的 :通过动物实验筛选出较理想的促进剂以制成有效的肺吸入胰岛素气雾剂。方法 :选用豆膦脂、肺表面活性剂、鼠李糖、咪唑啉、甘氨胆酸钠和甘珀酸钠六种表面活性剂为促进剂 ,制成胰岛素溶液 ,再以吐温 - 80、司盘 - 80做基质制成胰岛素气雾剂 ,经超声雾化 ,自SD大鼠鼻腔吸入 ,分别检测其血糖降低程度。结果 :甘珀酸钠及甘氨胆酸钠的促进作用较强。结论 :以甘珀酸钠和甘氨胆酸钠为促进剂可制成有效的肺吸入胰岛素气雾剂。Objective:[WT5BZ]To select ideal accelerator through animal experiment to make effective pulmonary inhaled insulin aerosols.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Six surfactants-bean phospholipid,pulmonary surfactant,rhamnose,imidazoline,natrium glycocholic acid and natrium glyceric acid were chosen as accelerator to made into insulin solutions,and then use tween-80 and span-80 as matrix to made insulin aerosols,which were ultrasounicly nebulized and inhaled by SD rats through nose.Dropping degrees of blood sugar of these rats were measured.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Natrium glycocholic acid and natrium glyceric acid had strong accelerating action.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Using of natrium glycocholic acid and natrium glyceric acid as accelerator can make effective pulmonary inhaled insulin aerosols. [WT5HZ]
