激光治疗酒渣鼻疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 CO2 激光及氦氖激光治疗酒渣鼻的效果。　方法 :分别采用 CO2 激光及氦氖激光器 ,对 65例不同期的酒渣鼻进行治疗。其中 42例采用 CO2 激光 ,2 3例采用氦氖激光治疗 ,治疗均采用点状照射。　结果 :CO2 激光治疗的 3 0例红斑期酒渣鼻红斑和毛细血管扩张减少或消失 ,12例丘疹和鼻赘期患者其症状减少或消失。氦氖激光治疗的 2 3例中 ,症状均改善。总有效率达到 10 0 %。　结论 :激光点状照射可以减少疤痕产生 。Objective:To investigate the results of CO 2 and He Ne laser for the treatment of brandy nose. Method:Sixty five cases of brandy nose of different stage were treated by CO 2 and He Ne laser respectively. Among them, CO 2 laser was employed in 42 cases and He Ne laser in 23 cases.Spot scan of laser therapy was used in the treatment. Results:30 cases treated by CO 2 laser,there are great decrease of disappear in erythema and dilator of twig shape capillary.There is decrease or disappear of papula and rhinophyma in 12 cases.Among them 23 cases treated by He NE laser,All get great improvement. Total effectiveness of two kinds laser treatments reached 100%. Conclusion:Spot scan can minimize the formation of scar formation. This two kinds laser are effective ways of treatment for brandy nose.
