摘　　要：指出电梯“第三状态”是除电梯正常运行状态和电梯检修状态之外的所有状态。描述了电梯处于第三状态时的几种情况．介绍了电梯第三状态下发生的一些安全事故．提出了电梯第三状态下的安全事故预防措旋。The ＂third state＂ of elevator is all the states except normal operation and maintenance. Some elevator safety accidents in the third state are introduced. It puts forward the prevention measures of safety accident in the elevator third condition also in this paper.
