Pipkin骨折的治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨Pipkin骨折的治疗方法及疗效。方法 2005-2011年惠州市中心人民医院共收治此类损伤15例。按Pipkin骨折分型Ⅰ:型6例,Ⅱ型6例,Ⅲ型2例,Ⅳ型1例。并按分型、年龄、影像学资料及全身综合的情况,对其采用个体化治疗。结果经随访12～33个月,平均17.5个月。按Thompson-Epstein临床和影像学评定标优准4,例,良7例,可2例,差2例,优良率73.3%。结论早期诊断,并对患者实行个体化治疗是Pipkin骨折治疗成功的关键。Objective To investigate the treatment and therapeutic effect of posterior dislocation of hip joint combined with fractures of the femoral heads （Pipkin＇s fracture）. Methods 15 cases of Pipkin＇s fractures were treated from 2005 to 2011 .According to Pipkin＇s classification, there were 6 cases of type 1,6 cases of type Ⅱ, 2 cases of type Ⅲ, and 1 case of type Ⅳ. individualized treatment were taken according to their classification s,ages,preoperative iconography information and integrative condition.Results Followup ranged from 8 months to 33 months（average 17.5 months）. According to evaluation criteria of Thompson-Epstein,In all the 15 cases,excellent result was achieved in 4 cases,good in 7 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in 1 cases.The final satisfactory rate was 73.3%.Conclusion The key to succeed in treating Pipkin＇s fracture is early diagnosis and individualized treatment.
