电子阴道镜下宫颈活检术的综合护理干预与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨电子阴道镜宫颈组织活检术的有效护理措施。方法选取怀疑宫颈癌前病变及宫颈组织学异常的102例患者为研究对象,进行电子阴道镜下宫颈组织活检术,对研究对象实施术前、术中、术后综合护理干预。结果通过综合护理干预措施,所有患者均消除恐惧心理,积极配合手术,顺利完成活检术。结论术前、术中、术后综合性护理干预措施能缓解患者紧张心理,保证电子阴道镜下宫颈组织活检术的顺利完成。Objective To discuss a summary and discussion on effective nursing measures on electronic vaginoscope cervix biopsy. Methods 102 cases with cervical histological abnormality ＆ suspected cervical precancerous lesions were selected as study objects, on which preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative nursing interventions were conducted. Results Through integrated nursing interventions, all patients were eliminate fears, actively cooperated with medical staff and successfully completed biopsy. Conclusion Preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative nursing interventions on patients can alleviate psychological tension, ensure the smooth implementation of cervix biopsy
