462例性病门诊艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果探析

摘　　要：目的对东莞市厚街医院性病门诊艾滋病自愿咨询检测人群的相关资料进行分析,旨在有效预防艾滋病病毒的传播。方法对2010年3月-2012年12月于性病门诊进行艾滋病自愿咨询检测人群给予临床回顾性分析,462例检测人群均进行艾滋病相关知识自愿咨询,且选择进行艾滋病病毒检测,并对回顾内容给予统计学分析,得出结论。结果 462例在性病门诊进行艾滋病自愿咨询检测人群中,性别、婚姻状态无对比意义,文化程度以大专及以上人群为主,20～29岁年龄段人群居多,大多数从事商业服务职业;其中363例均为通过异性性行为可能接触到艾滋病病毒,占人群总数的78.57%;367例为第一次进行艾滋病病毒咨询检测,占总人数的79.44%;经艾滋病病毒抗体检测可知结果为阳性人群为11例,占总人数的2.38%,且11例患者均为通过异性性接触方式传播艾滋病病毒。结论性病门诊开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作的主要目的在于有效预防艾滋病病毒的传播,对艾滋病病毒抗体检测阳性患者做到早发现、早治疗,并指导患者采取正确的生活工作方式,从而尽量减少艾滋病对患者自身、家庭以及社会带来的负面影响。Objective In this paper, the results of HIV voluntary counseling and testing population STD clinic of our hospital, to information On HIV voluntary counseling and testing people understanding, so as to achieve an effective HIV prevention, and mental support to the. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2010 March to 2012 December in STD clinic for HIV voluntary counseling and testing group, 462 cases of groups on HIV / AIDS related knowledge, voluntary counseling and HIV testing, selection, and review of the content to give statistical analysis, draw the conclusion. Results 462 cases of STD AIDS voluntary counseling and testing in the population, sex, marital status and without meaning, cultural degree in the population with college degree or above, 20 to 29 years of age are most people, engaged in commercial service occupation; of which 363 cases were with abnormal sexual behavior may be exposed to the HIV virus, population a total of 78.57%; 367 cases were the first HIV counseling and testing, the total number of 79.44%; the HIV antibody test showed positive results in 11 cases, the total number of 2.38%, and 11 patients were in contact with HIV through heterosexual transmission. Conclusion The main purpose of STD AIDS voluntary counseling and testing is effective in preventing the spread of HIV, for the patients with positive HIV antibody test for early detection and early treatment, and guide the patients to take the way of living and work properly, so as to reduce the impact of AIDS patients, families and society to own the negative effects.
