摘　　要：通过对大港油田井下作业项目管理现状的调查研究,得出大港油田井下作业项目管理仍然存在诸多方面的问题。为了提高油田井下作业项目管理的水平,降低项目运作成本,实现油田的长远发展目标,从实际情况出发,提出从人力资源、市场开发、技术及项目管理流程方面对井下作业项目管理措施进行优化,确保大港油田井下作业项目管理的顺利进行。By investigating the condition of down-hole operation project management in Dagang oilfield, we found that there are many problems existing in down-hole operation project management in Dagang oilfield in various aspects. In order to improve the quality of down-hole operation and decrease the cost of project, and fulfill the long-term development goal of oilfield, this paper will start with the practical situation of Dagang oilfield, then discuss the way to optimize project management of oilfield down-hole operation in aspects of human resource, market development, technology and management procedure of down-hole operation, thus to ensure the successful project management of down-hole operation in Dagang oilfield.
