摘　　要：近年来,高校因大学生心理问题而引发的心理危机事件日益增多,心理危机预防与干预的紧迫性和重要性也得到了高度重视。基于此,本文分析了高校辅导员在大学生心理危机预防与干预中的作用,探讨了辅导员加强学生心理危机预防与干预的方法和对策。In recent years, the psychological crisis cases caused by undergraduates ＇ psychological problems in colleges and universities are increasing; the urgency and importance of the psychological crisis prevention and intervention has attracted a lot of attention. Based on this, this article analyzes the college counselors＂ role on college students＂ psychological crisis prevention and intervention, and discusses the methods and countermeasures of strengthening students＂ psychological crisis prevention and intervention.
