摘　　要：借鉴精益思想在制造业及其他行业的成功应用,将精益管理理念引入建筑业施工现场的材料管理中,建立施工现场钢筋管理模式,解决目前施工现场钢筋管理中亟待解决的问题,从而实现钢筋的最优化管理。Learning from the successful application of lean thinking in manufacturing and other industries,this article introduces lean management concept into the management of construction material in construction site and set a construction site steel bar management mode to solve the urgent problems of steel management and realize the optimization management of steel bar.
