摘　　要：高校教育管理工作者是高校教育工作的主导者,提升高校教育管理工作者工作绩效对于提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文从幸福指数和工作状态两个视角对影响高校教育管理工作者工作绩效的因素进行界定,在对八所高校部分教育管理工作者开展问卷调查的基础上,对获得的样本数据进行回归分析,发现影响高校教育管理工作者工作绩效的显著因素,提出了提高工作绩效的方法与对策。Higher education management staffs are leaders in university management.It is very important to improving the higher education management staffs＇ work performance.The effect factors of the higher education management staffs＇ work performance are defined based on happiness index and working status.We investigate some higher education management staffs coming from 8 universities and analyze the sample data in regression.We find the significant factors that influence the higher education management staffs＇ work performance and forward the suggestion.
