摘　　要：结合喜河水电站大坝工程实例,从研究文件、降低能耗、分包管理、成本分析四方面出发,对项目成本控制的精益化管理方法进行了介绍,为今后的项目成本控制积累了经验。Combining with the example of the dam engineering of Xihe hydropower station,starting from aspects of studying files,lowering down energy consumption,subcontract management and cost analysis,the article introduces the specific project cost control methods,which has accumulated experience for project cost control in future.
