摘　　要：结合工程施工的不同阶段,探讨了清单计价模式下承包商风险的识别,并从投标文件的编制、合同造价条款的审核、合同变更及结算原则等方面提出了风险防范的措施,以维护承包商和整个项目参与者的利益。Combining with different stages of engineering construction,this paper discussed the risk identification of contractors under list valuation mode,and put forward risk prevention measures from bidding files preparation,contract cost terms audit,contract changes and settlement principles and other aspects,in order to maintain the interest of contractors and project participants.
