摘  要:目的 :研究慢性间断性缺氧时右心房心肌细胞的病理改变及血浆、右心房心房利钠因子 (ANF)含量的变化规律。方法 :利用电镜观察模拟海拔 5 0 0 0m高度缺氧条件下不同时期大鼠右心房的超微病理改变 ,同时利用免疫组织化学方法检测右心房ANF含量的改变 ,并利用放射免疫方法测定慢性间断性缺氧大鼠血浆ANF含量的变化规律。结果 :慢性间断性缺氧时 ,右心房心肌细胞及间质具有多种超微病理改变 ,右心房组织ANF含量下降 ,血浆ANF含量升高。结论 :慢性间断性缺氧可导致右心房产生明显的病理变化。血浆ANF升高是右心房心肌细胞分泌心房特殊颗粒 (ASG)增多所致机体对缺氧损害的一种代偿反应。Objective: To investigate the cardiac injury and the alteration of the right atria and plasma atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) content after chronic hypoxia Methods: The right atria of rats submitted to chronic hypoxia at simulated high altitude of 5 000 m was examined ultrastructurally and immuohistochemically Meanwhile, the alteration of plasma ANF content was also determined with radioimmunoassay Results: Ultrastructurally, the right atria myocardial cells exhibited such changes as myofilament lysis, Golgi complex swelling, mitochondria swelling and lysis, increase of the number of mitochondria and decrease of the number of ASG Immunohistochemically, the ANF content of the right atria decreased while radioimmunoassay displayed an increase in its content Conclusion: ①Chronic hypoxia causes injury of the right atria ②The increase of mitochondria and decrease of ASG, together with the increase of plasma ANF content are a protective reaction to chronic hypoxia
