六味地黄汤加味治疗阴虚阳亢高血压临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察六味地黄汤加味联合尼群地平片的降压疗效及临床症状的改善。方法:将63例阴虚阳亢型高血压病患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例,治疗组给予六味地黄汤加味联合尼群地平片,对照组给予尼群地平片,疗程1个月。结果:诊室血压,治疗组收缩压的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组对舒张压的影响无统计学意义;症状积分疗效,治疗组症状积分降低优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效总有效率87.87%,对照组临床疗效总有效63.33%(P<0.05);两组高敏C反应蛋白均能下降,两组对高敏C反应蛋白的影响无统计学意义。结论:治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病患者,六味地黄汤加味联合尼群地平片较单用尼群地平片有更好的降压疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical symptoms of hypertension and the effect of improvement by rehmanniae decoction of six ingredients combined with the nitrendipine tablets; Method： 63 cases of Yinxu Yangkang were randomly divided into treatment group 33 cases and control group of 30 cases, the treatment group was given rehmarmiae decoction of six ingredients combined with nitrendipine tablets, while the control group was given nitrendipine tablets, the course of treatment was 1 months. Result： Consulting room, blood pressure, the effect of systolic pressure in the treatment group is better than in the control group （P〈0.05）, two groups had no statistical significance on diastolic blood pressure; Symptom efficacy, symptom score decreased in treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）,The clinical effect of treatment group total effectiveness 87.87%, effective control the total clinical efficacy of 63.33% groups （P〈0.05）; Two groups of high sensitive C reactive protein were decreased, effect of two groups of high-sensitivity C reactive protein had no statistical significance. Conclusion： Rehmanniae decoction of six ingredients combined with the nitrendipine tablets in treating hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type hypertension has more significant effect than nitrendipine tablets.
