摘　　要：目的:观察并评价自拟益气健肾汤联合腹膜透析对慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:符合标准的135例入选患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,采用两种方法进行治疗。结果:两组患者治疗后血清肌酐均明显下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:自拟益气健肾汤联合腹膜透析对慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效较好,值得临床应用。Objective： To observe the effect of the Yiqi Jianshen decoction combined with peritoneal dialysis. Methods： 135 patients were randomly divided into the treated group and control group; two methods were used to treat. Results： After treatment, serum creatinine were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The efficacy of Yiqi Jianshen decoction combined with peritoneal dialysis was good on treating chronic renal failure, worthy of clinical application.
