中药配合LEEP术治疗外阴尖锐湿疣67例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药配合LEEP术治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将135例外阴尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组67例和对照组68例,对照组单纯以LEEP术治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加中药熏洗及内服,连用7d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈17例,显效25例,有效24例,无效1例,有效率98.51%,对照组治愈8例,显效25例,有效23例,无效12例,总有效率82.35%,两组比较P<0.05。结论:中药配合LEEP术治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣,具有疗效明显,复发率低,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of TCM plus LEEP surgery on treating vulvar condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods： 135 cases were divided into the treatment group 67 cases and the control group 68 cases. The control group was treated with LEEP surgery. The treatment group was treated in TCM besides LEEP surgery. 7 days for a course. Results： Treatment group： 17 cases were cured, 25 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. The total efficiency was 98.51%. Control group： 8 patients were cured, 25 cases were markedly effective, 23 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective. The total efficiency was 82.35%. Conclusion： Treating CA in TCM plus LEEP surgery has a significant effect, low recurrence rate and little side effects, is worthy of wide clinical application.
