手法配合牵引治疗颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究手法配合牵引治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:把我院就诊患者随机均分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予牵引治疗,治疗组给予手法配合牵引治疗。结果:治疗组治愈27例,显效32例,有效8例,总有效率为95.71%;对照组治愈16例,显效27例,有效17例,总有效率为85.71%。结论:五步手法与颈椎牵引相结合,可使颈椎间隙扩大,椎体滑脱复位,使颈椎恢复正常生理曲度。Objective： To study the clinical effect of massage and traction on treating cervical spondylosis. Methods： Patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treated group, the control group received traction treatment, and the treated group was given massage and traction. Results： In the treated group 27 cases were cured, 32 cases markedly effective, effective in 8 cases, the total efficiency was 95.71%; in the control group 16 cases were cured, 27 cases markedly effective, effective in 17 cases, the total efficiency was 85.71%. Conclusion： The five step massage plus cervical traction can make the cervical vertebra gap expanding, vertebral spondylolisthesis reduction, to restore normal physiological curvature of cervical.
