任脉四穴“逆灸”法祛病保健应用

摘　　要：探讨"逆灸"任脉神阙、关元、气海、中脘4穴的施术方法和祛病保健应用。在任脉神阙、关元、气海、中脘4个特定穴位施以逆灸养生保健,具有不同的强壮机体、调理脏腑、疏通经脉、运行气血、祛病保健功效。神阙灸温中固元,关元灸扶气助阳,气海灸培补元气,中脘灸暖胃散寒。逆灸法操作简便,经济安全,应用广泛,可以强健机体,保障健康,值得普及推广。To investigate the treating methods and healing, health applications of the ＂moxibustion＂ in Renmai Shenque point, Guanyuan point, Qihai point, and Zhongwan point. ＂moxibustion＂ in the four points, have different effects of strong body, conditioning organs, dredge the meridians, running blood, illnesses and health care. The Shenque point moxibustion can Wenzhong Guyuan, Guanyuan point moxibustion can Fuqi Zhuyang, Qihai point moxibustion can Peibu Yuanqi, Zhongwan point moxibustion can Nuanwei Sanhan. Inverse moxibustion is easy to operate, economic and safe, can strong our body and protect our health, worthy of a wide application.
