中西结合治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的疗效。方法:将117例患者随机分成两组,治疗组59例采用天麻钩藤饮加减并口服卡托普利片和(或)尼群地平片或双氢克尿噻片治疗,对照组58例仅口服上述西药治疗。结果:两组均能较好的降压和改善症状,降压疗效和症候疗效治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西结合治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效显著。Objective： To observe treating liver yang Hypertension with the Tianma Gouteng decoction. Methods： 117 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 59 cases with TGD subtraction and oral captopril tablets and （or） nitrendipine or hydrochlorothiazide tablets; in ontrol group 58 cases only oral above modem medicine. Results： There was a good buck and can improve symptoms, symptom efficacy of antihypertensive efficacy and treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the integrative medicine the hyperactivity hypertension could be treated with significant effect.
